Yes there is You can Access  C Panel Securely by using the below mentioned URL

https://www.domain.com:2083

or:

https://server.hostname.com:2083

You will get a warning message, but this is normal. The transferred data is still encrypted with 128 bit encryption in spite of the warning. Please be sure that you replace domain name with your actual domain name or hostname with server's actual hostname
